DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £100
  • Free EU Delivery on orders over €250
  • Free USA Delivery on orders over $250
  • Express delivery options available at checkout

 

  • For UK delivery please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
  • For Rest of World deliveries, please allow 2-5 working days.

Our Shipping rates are calculated on the total spend at checkout. Please see below for guide shipping rates:

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50
  • Free Rest of World Delivery on orders over £200

 

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday.

For UK delivery please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive. For Rest of World deliveries, please allow 5-10 working days.

UK orders will be sent using a tracked service for your security.

Our Shipping rates are calculated on the total spend at checkout. Please see below for guide shipping rates:

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £100
  • All UK orders are sent using tracked delivery
  • Delivery cost is £4.00 for orders below £100
  • Orders placed before 1pm are eligible for next day delivery.

  • For other items, you may be charged customs fees on arrival, but you will not be charged duties to the nature of our English made creations.
  • Customers ordering art prints will not incure customs, duties or any import fees of any sort as they are printed in our EU partner facility.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, you can return it or exchange it up to 28 days after the purchase date. Please note, this does not apply to sale items.

We will also refund you the cost of posting the item back to us and can also arrange a collection from your home or office (UK customers only).

Please note that the above does not apply to Blind boxes which are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Should your blind box items arrive in a less than perfect condition, these can be exchanged for the same item.

 

In order for your return to go smoothly, we ask that you do the following:

  • Contact us prior to returning at mymuse@laurendickinsonclarke.com and let us know the reason you would like to return or exchange your item.
  • Enclose the original shipping note which you received with your order and a post the item back to us.
  • Alternatively you can email us and we will arrange a collection of the items from your home or work premises.
  • When posting your item back to us, keep your delivery receipt to hand as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

  • Safely wrap your item and return it to: Lauren Dickinson Clarke, Transworld e-logistics, Morley Way, Morley Court, Peterborough, PE2 7BW
  • In the case that you have received your item and it is faulty or damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours at studio@laurendickinsonclarke.com.

 

Please note:

  • The LDC promise only applies to customers purchasing from us directly online and who have purchased their item for personal use.
  • Returns to us from UK addresses will have postage costs refunded, this does not apply to customers based in the rest of Europe and beyond.
  • The LDC promise does not apply to 3rd party re-sellers or wholesalers.
